Can't activate Genesis Translations

  • Hi,

    I’ve installed Genesis framework, but I can’t get the Genesis Translations to work. I get an error message that I have to install the Genesis theme, but it’s already installed. I’ve tried to uninstall other plug-ins, and it worked for some Genesis plug-ins but not for Genesis Translations, Genesis Footer Builder, Genesis Featured Page Advance and some other Genesis plug-ins. What can I do to make it work?

    Most likely you not only need to install it, but activate it as well. Is that the case? Have you activated Genesis, or preferably a Genesis Child theme for your site?
