Can't activate – fatal error

This apparently conflicts with a css file used in my theme (Responsive).
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare responsive_css() (previously declared in /home2/mennocon/public_html/wp-content/themes/responsive/core/includes/functions.php:740) in /home2/mennocon/public_html/wp-content/plugins/responsive-video/responsive-video.php on line 38
Can I just change the name of the file in the plugin? Or will that break something else?
