Can’t activate Blank Slate

    I have installed the Blanke Slate plugin. But when I try to activate it I get the following fatal error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in D:\www\www528\2017\wp-content\plugins\blank-slate\blank-slate.php on line 109

    Can you help me with that?
