Can’t activate any plugins

  • All my plugins just deactivated all at the same time. I have upgraded to 2.8 five days ago, 3.5 days of comments and updates disappeared then now while I was reinstalling Nextgen Gallery, all plugins deactivated. I can’t turn ANY of them on. HELP!
