    Are you checking enabling yourself (the profile you are logged in with)? or a different agent?

    let me just add…
    when a visitor writes something in chat, the message appears not to me, I only get an email 1 or 2 minutes later, with only the name and email

    No probs. glad to see it’s working!

    It hasn’t been a waste of time though… I’ll be able to put in a check to ensure future users don’t run into this problem.
