    we have a new Premium archive and a set of license keys. The Account Setup Tab. log me in, accepts a license key but then immediately displays a message above: ‘You have not upgraded yet. Click here to upgrade to premium version.’

    Why? We have a set of fresh keys from today.

    The free version works much better than the paid one. Using Version 12.16.6 your support sent us in the email

    Hi,

    You must be getting this error because your account is not the one associated with the premium license. To activate the plugin, use the same account to login through which you purchased the license.

    Also, download the plugin and get the keys from the miniOrange dashboard (Manage License).
