Can't activate!!

    This plugin seems neat and exactly what i need however I couldn’t get it work.
    I set the things up in setting page slide the activate button…Nope its not appearing in website besides when I refresh the page activate slide button remains off!

    Would appreciate greatly if developers can drop me a few lines how to solve this issue
