Can't acess user profiles page

For some odd reason my site stopped letting direct access to a users user profile.
https://www.takuchat.com/wp-admin/profile.php
This will redirect to either a 404 error or the homepage.
the page it redirects too is…
https://www.takuchat.com/?action=profile
i’ve investigated as best i could but can’t find a reason for it.
