Could you elaborate a bit on how and when that happened?

For example, did this happen immediately after you installed the plugin, or at some later time? Were any settings changed before it happened? In particular, has anyone changed the “who can access this plugin” setting?

Hi Janis! the plugin was installed by another developer. He did something, I don’t know what.

Assuming that developer also had admin access, they could have changed the “who can access this plugin” setting to “only the current user”. This would prevent other admins from accessing the settings page.

If this is what happened and you can’t get the other developer to change the setting back to the default, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the plugin to reset all of its settings. (Technically, it’s also possible to manually edit the settings in the database, but that can be complicated if you’re not familiar with editing PHP serialized data.)

    I will try phpmyadmin.

    Thank You!
