Can’t access WP site or dashboard from IP

  • Hi there,

    I can’t access my WP site or dashboard from my workplace’s wifi/IP address (WeWork) on any devices or via any browsers. However I can acces it when I use a different IP via a VPN. I’ve checked with my work’s service provider and there are no IP blacklisting issues there. I’ve tried clearing browser caches. Many thanks for any help!

  • I had the same problem. If you have Jetpack activate, deactivate. Download classic editor. Goes back to the dashboard, etc.

    I think I’ll wait until all the bugs are worked out before I take the chance of trashing my website again.
