    I downloaded the plugin (Google Listings & Ads) and all of a sudden the website was down. It says there was a critical error on the website and that i should check my emails. I received an email from wordpress with a recovery link but when i clicked on it it says “recovery mode not initialized”.
    Then after a few minutes the website was online again but i can not access wordpress. It still says there is a critical error on the website when i try to access wordpress

    To make sure I understand, you are not able to access anything on your admin page after downloading Google Listings and Ads, correct?

    Where have you downloaded it from?

    Can you please remove the plugin via your c-panel file manager? You can ask your host for help with this if you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself ??

    After doing this, you should be able to access the website again.

    Then please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
