Can’t access wp-admin/users.php

here is my website https://www.codecutters.info. Everything was fine and was working. I logged in to my admin panel and tried to view wp-admin/users.php but I only see this number on the foreground “54” and white on the background. I tried to deactivate all plugins but to no avail I still can’t access the users page.
