Can't access wp-admin/login

Hey there,

I edited functions.php and header.php. Everything worked fine until I hit the log out button. From now one very time that I try to access my wp-admin page it redirects me to a sample page that has no reason whatsoever to be there in the first place never touched it.

I reuploaded original files (header.php, functions.php), cleared cookies/history/cache tried other PC/IP, tried dns and database siteurl redirection, iframe, php/js redirection from another files, disabled all plugins, changed index.php and wp-config.php and .htaccess. Still this issue persists. My site: https://www.startjobbing.com test it.

After doing all of the above all together I think that something is wrong with nav menu and/or #bawloginout#index.php redirection which I can’t change because I can’t log in and I’m not sure where to find it. It’s urgent please help me!
