Can't access wp-admin – No Upgrade Required…

    I’m about to migrate a whole website to a different server, so i have duplicated the site in the new server just to make sure it work ok before addressing domaind to new server. Everything works fine, even the news section but when i want to access the news/wp-admin it comes up with this message..

    No Upgrade Required
    Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!

    suggestions please..

    Might be related to caching? Use FTP to delete any caching plug-ins?
