Can’t Access wp-admin – in redirect loop

    I have RankMath installed on 4 sites but on two of the sites https://colonialchemicals.com/ and https://colonialfuels.com/ it is putting me in a redirect loop and I cannot login to the WP Admin area. It will not pass through the recaptcha test. I have had to restore these sites twice.

    The sites are running on WP 5.3.2 and RankMath 1.0.37.2 updated on 1/24/2020. They all run on Classic Editor, Beaver Builder Pro and Theme. Both of these two sites also have W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize and Jetpack. Are there known conflict issues?

    I would like to install on the other sites I manage but until I know this issue won’t keep happening I may have to deactivate on all sites. I did not have this issue with the Redirections plugin.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these 2 solutions?
    1. Disable Rank Math’s redirection module and see if that helps.
    2. If not, then please follow this troubleshooting guide to see if there are any conflicting plugins or theme on your site:

    The issue was JetPack with their latest updates. We have had to inactivate the JetPack plugin because it is still not allowing us on these two sites but with the sites I did not update it is still working.

    This is just in case anyone else is having the same issue.
