• I have updated to the latest WP available but the error continues.

Is a music live shows blog so I had no option to add post for long time and now I see that I can access to the wp-admin and see this message on top of all the pages.

Also I discovered that someone hacked the footer template including tons of links but I deleted these links from the template without any problem.

Not sure if the hacker that inserted the links did something that created the access problem or if the problem had a different source (update, server,…).

    Can′t someone help me, please?

    Thanks
    Txomin

Carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures and start backing up your site.

    Thanks James,

But I said that I had the hack thing solved before to ask for help. Fortunately the site is not infected and/or blacklisted.

Also, before to ask for help, I backed my site and uploaded the latest WP update.

The problem is that I have the -function wp_mail() {}- message on top left corner and if I try to access to wp-admin all that I got is a white page withe that message on top left corner.

    So the problem remains.

    Cheers

Fortunately the site is not infected and/or blacklisted.

Did you just cleanup the obvious symptoms of the hack, or did you also verify that all potential vectors and open-door malware were removed?

Also, before to ask for help, I backed my site and uploaded the latest WP update.

Was the backup made before or after the hack symptoms appeared?

The problem is that I have the -function wp_mail() {}- message on top left corner and if I try to access to wp-admin all that I got is a white page withe that message on top left corner.

Which could easily, in my experience, be another symptom of the hack.

    Please, James,

Put the hack aside and considere only the problem with the -function wp_mail() {}- message and the impossibility to access wp-admin.

Any file to check or delete?
Any way to stop this and get access?
Can I cancel all the mail functions to stop this? How? Editing some code? In my phpMyAdmin console?

I′m in a dead point right now.

    Cheers
    Txomin
