can't access wp-admin: "can't establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1"

    My website is working fine here:
    https://loweprunerscanada.com/

    But when I try to go to https://loweprunerscanada.com/wp-admin/ the address bar changes to https://127.0.0.1/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Floweprunerscanada.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 and the browser reports “Unable to connect // Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.” (This happens in Safari as well.)

    I get the same problem if I try to visit a specific admin PHP file.

    The most recent changes I’ve made to the site are minor changes in my child theme index.php template file, and to a widget via the Dashboard.

    Any ideas?
