Can’t Access WP Admin

    Hi,

    I have a UM-created role that can’t access WP admin despite having access granted.

    Here are the administrative permissions enabled for the user role:

    Despite having “Can access wp-admin?” enabled, when I click “Dashboard” from the admin menu, I am redirected to /my-account.

    Also can’t access /wp-admin by manually entering it.

    Hi @drconsolidated,

    Can you please go to the Users section on your WP dashboard and check if this user has an additional user role that doesn’t have admin access.
    Please also try to create a new user role and see if this issue goes away.
