  • Try to deactivate your plugins one by one.

And what’s on that line 239???

i deactivated the plugins by renaming the plugins folder in wp-content/plugins. is that the correct method? if not, what’s the right method please? and i don’t know what’s on the line 239 in theme.php since i don’t understand PHP. if you want, i can download the file theme.php from the file manager on control panel and PM it to you if you want to analyze it by yourself. and thanks in advance bro for your help.

Always try to use free themes from WP official theme collection & else buy themes with support.

If you don’t have access to back end, you can try to delete that theme (motionpicture from ‘oboxdesign’) from your theme folder & your plugins from plugins folder.
That is the preferred option than renaming folders.

You should try and leave the naming structures alone. Instead, show us what is on line 239 of the theme.php. You can view it through your ftp account.
