Can't access wp-admin!

Hi everyone,
I’m in a big trouble that I can’t solve. I accidentally change the both url of my partner’s blog, and now I cannot access the blog.
If I type estevampelomundo.com.br/wp-admin, just no show anything and redirects me to this url, doing nothing: https://estevampelomundo.com.br/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.estevampelomundo.com.br%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
Someone can help me please… I don’t know what to do
