i am running my own server on ubuntu 10.10. my website had been down for a while due to not having internet access cuz i moved my router, i finally got it back up and running today. I wanted to upgrade my wordpress to 3.1, so i logged into my wp-admin, upgraded my plugins, then disabled them all. i then went to my host machine and i wanted to create a backup, so i installed phpmyadmin, set it up and logged in. I then created a backup of my wordpress. i then went to my terminal and typed in

    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get upgrade wordpress

the output that i got was this

    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

now when i go to my website ( https://vermithrax.is-a-geek.com ) it comes up but doesn’t show any of my posts.
when i try to go to my wp-admin page https://vermithrax.is-a-geek.com/wp-admin it automatically redirects me to https://vermithrax.is-a-geek.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F and i get a server error page…. can anyone help me with this?
