Can’t access wp-admin

Hello, today I saw that I cannot acces my wordpress page wp-admin.

Then I tried to acces WP-ADMIN I get: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I’v got email with recovery mode link, but when I try to access wp-admin recovery mode I get: “Recovery Mode not initialized.”
