    Hi,
I’m busy setting up an online shop with storefront and woocommerce using the germanized plugin. Everything is up to date. I have also deactivated all plugins, but this didn’t make a difference.
On the “Startseite” / home page and the Shop page it shows the woocommerce blocks e.g. category, new products, favourties, bestseller etc. BUT I can’t access these in wordpress to edit etc, in fact I can’t even see them – in wordpress the page only shows the text, however I can add, delete and configure new blocks which do show up in both wordpress and on the website.
I have been looking for Solutions, but can’t find one.

    Thanks,

    Andy

  • Hi, thanks for contacting us about editing the Category, New Products, Favorites, etc settings. These are automated settings rather than blocks. You would control these settings via the Customizer. You can find that at Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce. From there you can manage settings for the Store Notice, Product Catalog, Product Images, and the Checkout. Please let me know if these are the settings you are looking for or not. I hope this helps! If you have any further questions please feel free to reply to this message and I will get back to you. Thanks!

    Hi Phillip,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Ok – I see now how I can influence and change the product/categories showing on the actual SHOP page, category and prodcut page, but I am still looking for a solution for the “STARTSEITE” /home page
    https://shop.alexclarkart.de/
which shows 3 pictures from the categories, new in, fan favourites and bestsellers.
As I wrote when in wordpress I can add new blocks, but cannot change or access these (I would like to change the titles, change the amount of product etc.), although I am pretty sure a few days ago I could ?? …I think I have been doing too much in woocommerce and have got lost along the way…

    Thanks a lot,

    Andy
