Can't Access Website, WP Admin

    Hi, I suddenly cannot access the website I am currently maintaining (www.icp.org.ph) and the wp-admin page. My browser says “the connection was reset” for both pages. I’ve recently changed the theme (from Ecclesia to Vantage), but then it could not have been the cause of the problem since the website was completely functioning for six days prior. I’m a total noob when it comes to such troubleshooting, so any helpful response will be appreciated. ??

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I can access your site https://www.icp.org.ph , are you using firefox browser? if yes then check the site on other browser also as some time firefox browser displays “the connection was reset” for some reasons.

    But when i try to access back end of your site then it displays 404 Not Found page.
    Have you changed any settings on the server?
    Are you using multisite?
