    Hello,
I have a hosting with 1and1.com and my domain is registered with godaddy and the nameservers point to cloudflare.com.
The problem is I can’t access by website it shows 404 error and also the control panel of the hosting website.
when I contacted 1and1 for the problem they said there is no customer id with 1and1.com. They said domain is with godaddy and nameservers with cloudflare and no hosting with them.
I contacted godaddy too! They said to contact 1and1.
This is the last place where i can get help!
please help me solve this problem!

I have no issues connecting to your site.

    A note or two:

Please do not “Me, too.” onto posts. You may or may not have the same problem as the post onto which you’re tacking your question. Also, please do not post duplicates or jump onto 11 month old topics.

    Thanks.

@sheyvr — and that’s why “me, too” posts are an issue!

What is the IP address for your website? Not the cloudflare address but the actual hosting IP address. Also, what’s your domain?

What happens when you try to login to 1and1?

    Domain name is https://www.sheyvr.com
When I try to login to 1and1 it says invalid entries entered. I also tried changing the password. I don’t know the IP address of my website.

Your domain registration says you registered it at GoDaddy but have your DNS served from 1and1. HOWEVER, 1and1 says your domain is not in its DNS. Sorry, but you’ll need to work this out with GD and 1and1, probably the latter.
