Can’t access website

    Hello, I can’t access my website or wp-admin. It looks like there’re to many requests. I have turned off all plugins via phpmyadmin, turned on debugging but still nothing. There’s no /wp-content/debug.log file . What can I do to stop some process, requests and check what is wrong?

    Hi @snecz,

    Oh no! That’s a problem for sure.

    (1) Can you access the front end of the site at all? Is any part of it loading?

    (2) Can you try accessing the login page directly? That is, example.com/wp-login.php.

    (3) Are you able to SFTP into the server to see if your site has been hacked?

    (4) Can you access the database via phpMyAdmin to look for anomalies there?

    Hi @liamdempsey, I am having the same problem. I cant access anything – the site can’t be reached.

    Can you shed any light on what happened or was done prior to you losing access to your site?
