Can't Access Unpublished Site-help!

Hello!
I tried to edit the css to change the hyperlink font and since then my site has gone white. It’s unpublished, so I can’t access it via FTP to fix the problem.
Normally, https://37.230.111.62/~gourmets/ would take you to the site, and I’ve tried https://37.230.111.62/~gourmets/wp-login.php again and again but no login page is showing up.
Please help!! I don’t know what to do if I can’t work via FTP AND can’t login to the site.
