    I had the same issue and found out it was caused by the Login Widget With Shortcode plugin. Deactivating that plugin allowed me to access the settings tabs on Pirate Forms again.

    Hi Saisai,

    This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

    I have found that this plugin and the “Apply Online” plugin conflict with each other. I get around it by temporarily disabling “Apply Online” to access the settings for “Pirate Forms” and then re-enable. Perhaps working to a solution between both developers would be beneficial to others?

    I have the same problem. First I did was to turn off all plugins. That didn’t help. Any ideas?

    Here is the solution to this: don’t turn off plugins etc. That will just result in work having to re-enter information on certain plugins. Instead, just switch to a basic them, set up PirateForms, and then switch back to the theme you use.
