    What is different on your site since this began to happen? Is it after updating to the latest version?

    I have the same problem after upgrading to 2.4.1 (since yesterday tried about 50 times)
    The error message after several minutes:
    Gateway Time-out
    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

    I deleted all Backup folders via ftp deinstalled the plugin reinstalled it again. After that i can see a new Backupfolder with .backupwarnings, .htaccess, .schedule-default-2-running and three backup files and index in ftp. But again nothing shows up in the browser, when i klick backups in tools.

    Hmm, sounds like something is timing out, although I’m not sure what.

    Could you possible grant us access to your wp-admin so I can take a look at what is failing, you can email details to [email protected]
