Can’t access to live translate view

    Hi there! I’m facing some problems when i try to go into ‘Translate Site’ option. I get the following message:

    Cheatin’ uh?
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    I tried many things:
    All things mentioned on troubleshooting guide.
    Deactivating all plugins
    Also trying main theme for wordpress.

    I also tried to active debug on wordpress but i don’t get any error on debug files.

    What may be causing this? Help! Thanks!

  • Hello,

    I think that error has something to do with a security plugin that you are using.
    Disable that and try again. You might also be able to get it to work by whitelisting your own IP.

    Hi christian,

    i almost find a solution. The thing is, if i try to access with the ‘Translate Site’ button on the plugin page i got the error, but, if i use the button ‘Translate Page’ that appear on top toolbar while navigating on the site i works perfectly.

    I also tried to disable all plugins but didn’t solve.

    Anyway, thanks for your attention ??
