Can't access to admin panel

Hi everyone,
I can’t access to my login panel. I come from anther problem caused by changing by hand the siteurl and home address in the general->settings page of my WordPress.
I think I’ve read almost all the threads about this issue and still can’t make it work.
I’ve changed both addresses in the database (wp_options table), changed password (in wp_users table), and more… but nothing works.
Now it seems that I can see the login panel but don’t recognize my user nor password and the recover password link also doesn’t work.
Anything more?
