    Hello @nmanikon

    Thank you for your message.

I am sorry to read about your problem, however, this is just a misconfiguration.

The plugin has a number of permissions you can configure. For example you can limit access to the activity log, and you can hide the plugin from the plugins’ page. Someone from your team must have enabled this setting.

You can read more about this setting and other privileges in configuring the plugin and activity log privileges.

I hope the above helps. May I ask why are you planning of removing the plugin? We’d like to learn about your experience to keep on improving the plugin and our service.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @nmanikon

This can happen when someone else in the team changes the privileges. At this stage the easiest option is to reset the plugin’s settings to default. To do so please:

    1) Backup the database as a precaution
    2) Delete all settings prefixed with wsal_ from the wp+options table in your WordPress database
    3) Refresh / reload our WordPress dashboard when logged in.

You should be able to see the plugin at this stage. Can you confirm / let us know if that works for you?

    Thanks.
