Can’t access the Settings

While I can access the rest of the pages and create a listing I get an error when accessing the setting page “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Additionally I do not see how I can add the Google Map API, there is one already there and is not editable, when creating a new one your system does not allow me to add my Gmap API but it generates a code of its own which is not editable.

I am a bit confused of how this plugin works.
