Can’t access the notification & confirmations settings

    Hi,

    I’m using wpforms for registrations on my site. I noticed that the notification mail that I receive after someone submits a form got a wrong email & name and tried to change this through the settings—notification options.

    One way or another, the “general” tab is being displayed instead of the notification tab. Same thing is happening when I click on the “confirmation” tab.

    I tried cloning this form, but i’m getting the same results. Even tried to make this form from scratch again and still getting the general tab displayed. Also tried this in another browser, same results.

    Can you guys help me with this?

    Normally if the Notification or Confirmation settings aren’t accessible, it’s usually due to HTML syntax error in the form builder. When you have sometime, can you please check if you’re using HTML tags in the form and that they’re properly opened and closed?

    Also, you mentioned that you’re using WPForms for registrations. When you have sometime, can you please confirm if you’re using the paid version of WPForms as registration is a part of paid version and we’re not allowed to provide support for paid users on www.remarpro.com forum.

    In case you’re using the paid version of WPForms, and if you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
