Cant access the control panel

i deleted the last plugin that installed
because before that everything worked fine
and i cant rename the plugin folder
so i dont think this is the issue

How about if you try renaming the ‘Avada’ theme folder to ‘Avada_test’? This will set the site to use the default WP theme.

i tried to rename the theme and it didnt solve this
i also try to reset the password by changing the functions file and wp-config file and it didnt work
the password is right
if i put the wrong password i get a message its wrong if i put the right one it redirect me to the login page
what else can i do before installing everything again?

You could try deleting the .htaccess file (take a backup first).

I guess this could also be a hosting issue. Have you tried contacting your web host?

If all plugins are disabled and the default WP theme is active then you may need to re-install the site from scratch, sadly.

where can i find the the htaccess file?

Sorry I should have mentioned that!

You can find the htaccess file at the top level of your website directory. So that will probably be either ‘public_html’ or ‘www’ on your server. You should see it if you log in via FTP or your control panel.
