Can’t access support for Pro version

I’ve been reaching out to this forum for a few days now but no answer. I purchased the pro version of UListings recently have have been unable to to work out how to raise a support ticket. The instruction seem to to imply that I need to submit a ticket through Freemius but there isn’t a URL that directs me to the registration page.

There is nothing here…
