Can't access subscribers in Email Subsciber list.

  • I am just starting out and am a newbee to all this. I am using Email Subscriber plug-in. When I open the subscriber list I see 14 listing. When I look at the export file I see I have more than 36. When someone registers I receive an email saying so, but I can not find a list of more than 14 users anywhere except in Users. I also add new posts and only the listed 14 subscribers receive the announcement email.
    I am also using a plug-in called Profile Builder, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
    The User file in the sidebar show the more than 30 users, but they are not being used by Email Subscriber for sending announcements as I said above.
    What do I do?

    Can you please:
    1. check if in the Subscriber’s tab you have selected the option ‘Display All’ instead of 1 to 200 emails,
    2. add a new test subscriber and then check if it is getting displayed in the list.

    If the issue still persists, then kindly write to us from here so that we can investigate into the issue further.
