Can't access sub-folders

Hi, I’m using a php based stat app on my wordpres blog but wordpress seems to be blocking me from accessing it’s user panel with my theme’s 404 page. No matter what I seem to rename this folder to, wordpress is adamant that it doesn’t exist but I know it does.

Is there a fix for this?
