Can’t access site when plugin is enabled

  • Hi,

    I’m not sure why, but every time I activate the plugin I lose access to the site.
    I then rename the plugin to disable it and remove the code from htaccess file.

    I like your plugin but I can’t figure out why my sites keep breaking.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your feedback.
    When plugin is active you can’t access the admin dashboard or the site homepage?
    Try to clear the browser cache and check again. What server type you run? e.g. apache, litespeed, nginx.

    Sorry for the late reply,

    When the plugin is enabled, I can access the home page and other site pages,
    But can’t get to the wp admin back-end, I just get a blank page.

    Usually I goto plugin directory and rename it to disable it, then rename it again.

    I’ll have to reinstall it and test again,

    Have white label cms plugin which I disabled.
    I use wordfence also.
