• Hello,

    Website: redemptionapplied.com
    Host: Godaddy
    Version: WordPress 2015

I recently installed a pop-up plugin (unfortunately can’t remember which, as I was testing multiple), and as soon as I installed it, I was kicked off my site. When I tried to access my site again again, I received the following message:

Warning: require_once(/home/ir0noxidey/public_html/redemptionapplied.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/external/wpmu-lib/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ir0noxidey/public_html/redemptionapplied.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popover.php on line 64

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/ir0noxidey/public_html/redemptionapplied.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/external/wpmu-lib/core.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/ir0noxidey/public_html/redemptionapplied.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popover.php on line 64

I’ve tried accessing my site directly and through previously-posted links on my Facebook, and I am unable to access my site or admin site at all, and I really have no idea how to resolve this. I also have no experience coding (though I can see in the message that there is an error on line 64). I’ve read other posts with similar issues, and the other individuals’ error messages are different than mine.

I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you in advance!

    Alex

  • Use FTP to delete the wordpress-popup plugin folder and then you can get back into admin.

See Filezilla and FTP Clients ? WordPress Codex.

Or use GoDaddy’s file manager in your control panel.

    Hi

I’m not sure where to post this but I can’t login to my WPadmin. This is what I get

Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/casperandrufusco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ihaf.php on line 102

Can someone point me in the right direction please. My website is down and I am getting phone calls.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    many thanks

    Sally
