• The error is showing on the main page and subsequent pages and is listed over and over.

Warning: mysql_list_fields() expects parameter 3 to be resource, object given in /home/lbwinebar/lbwinebar.com/wp-content/plugins/slideshow-gallery/slideshow-gallery-plugin.php on line 390

I am unable to login in and change anything and when I tried to reset password it gave me same page and error. Now I am locked out and don’t know how to recover.

    Thank you.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

The problem looks to be with the slideshow-gallery plugin so I’d go in via FTP and first rename/remove that one. That will deactivate it and should solve the error.

I’d consider that before blowing up the theme folder or other plugins.

For the recommend, I didn’t suggest blowing anything up, just triggering the resets that are basically built into WordPress.

But sure, looks good to target Slideshow Gallery first.

Oh I know. I wasn’t questioning/challenging your advice. I just wanted to point out to the OP that (s)he should start with that plugin before going the more drastic route of resetting the theme and deactivating other plugins.
