Can’t access site after installation

I am posting this problem as a separate topic like requested. I accidentally activated the plugin part that says require SSL for admin login. Now when I try to log into https://pdqfence.net/wp-login.php it says site not secure can’t login. How can I remotely disable the plugin so I can log back in and uncheck the option?

The rest of the site still works fine but I can’t login and when customers go to purchase items online the same error pulls up as site not secure when they go to check out or login to their profile.
