I am getting 404 when I try to go to the setting page of the WP Mautic plugin. I already tried to reinstall it and restore permissions. Any suggestions on what could I do? The plugin works great on other websites.
    Thank you.

    Hello !

This seems weird, what’s the link which trigger a 404 ? Which plugin version are you using ?

    Hi,
thank you quick reply. This is the link: https://e-learning.site/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpmautic It doesn’t work from the plugins page and from the settings page. The plugin version is 2.3.2

    Hello,

Have you some custom webserver configuration on your project website (theme or server) ?

Because when I try to open the WordPress login page I also get a 404 :

    Hello !

Ok, I’ve checked the plugin code and don’t find any relevant regarding that 404.

If you disable this plugin are you still encountering the 404 ?

Hi. I tried to disable all plugins except wpmautic and I was still getting 404. But I solved the problem just now. I think it was a problem with permalinks. I temporarily redirected 404 to the wpmautic settings page and it is working now. I hope it will stay this way. Thank you for your help. Have a nice day. Bye Vasja
