Can’t access report online

  • Hi,

    So I have installed this plugin on my site and it is been more than a year. I wanted to go on sharethis.com to see the reports but I can’t even login using the id that I have in my wp share this plugin setup. the website https://platform.sharethis.com/login says “No user with that address. Need to register?”
    What is going on ?
    Also the icons are disappearing on my site now except for main page and when i am looking at the setting for the plugin, it shows the loading animated icon on the option for “docking position”

    hello anyone ?

    We just signed up through the plug-in last week and having the same issue. The plug-in shows we are logged in, but then we can’t login at the sharethis site, no such user, and sending the reset link says no such email. Anyone else have a solution or understanding of what’s going on?
