Can’t access private page

When I logged in to my WP dashboard this morning, there’s a private page link appearing at the top of all pages. I am the only user on the site. I may have made the page private by accident, but I don’t recall that.

When I click on it, there are no pages found. I think I would be able to access this is I created it by accident and there are no other users on the site.

If I didn’t create the page, could this be a security issue?

Is there a way to delete this page?
