Can't access Plugins

Do you have any plugins installed at the moment and is this a recent WP installation or has this issue just cropped up?

I have a couple of Plugins selected don’t know exactly which ones but I have Buttons, SEO Platinum (witch I installed yesterday) and a couple of others. i started with wordpress about a week ago and haven’t downloaded any new updates ( if there were any)

try renaming your plugins folder temporarily via FTP or SCP and try to access then. If it works you know its a problem with one of your plugins, if not you might want to try a fresh install of WP.
