Can’t access plugin

  • i have website use wordpress and self hosting. i can’t access the plugin installed on my website. but i can access my wp-admin. but plugin not visible. what can i do? formerly I could see the plugin. i access the plugin with wp-admin/plugins.php and error appears not allowed to access the plugins.

  • Hello Ketut,

    Please try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If it does not resolve the issue, activate twenty-seventeen (current default theme) sometimes theme functions can interfere like plugins.

    i access the plugin with wp-admin/plugins.php

    plugins are in wp-content/plugins folder.

    wp-admin & wp-include is for WP core you don’t make changes there.
