    Hello,

I never gave anyone admin credentials. Due to private data protection, and professional secrecy there’s no intend in my end to let someone access any area of our WordPress installation. I’m not the first person with this issue. So I guess it would be best to find a solution that won’t depend in you manually checking every Installation. ??

    Best Regards
    Stephan

    HI @malzkorn,

We just need to test the issue if it has a plugin conflict and that is why I asked admin access. If you cannot provide the access, kindly share the list of plugins you are using on your site and if they are free or paid. Also you can try this, “Deactivate the plugin and update it with the latest version and then reactivate it”. Please let us know if it works and if it doesn’t, kindly provide the details of themes and plugins which you are using simultaneously.

    Hey @jdsofttech,

the European law isvery strict on access to customer data. The error occurs when there’s no other plugin installed. WordPress and WPSchoolPress are both up to date.

    Hi @malzkorn

We do not have much information to go from here. It could be a plugin or a theme conflict. As we are finding the conflicts of WPSchoolPress and other popular plugins or themes, we are doing our best to fix the issue and release an updated version. Just today, we updated one common issue we found with Eliminator page builder and Ajax with the time table. We will continue doing so on our end but with your issue, we won’t be offered to help without additional details. I am afraid you will have to do some troubleshooting on your end.

It is not in our scope to help with plugin or theme conflicts.

    Hey @jdsofttech,
that’s where the new European laws on private data protection get a bit annoying, I guess. I’ll try to duplicate the error in a sandbox. I just updated to WPSchoolPress 1.1.13.
WPSchoolPress is the only activated plugin. The error still occurs. Even if I use WordPress standard themes. There should be no conflict with other Plugins or Themes.

    Best Regards

    Hey @malzkorn

We do our testing with all sorts of setup and it is working fine for us. In fact, I have just used default WordPress theme with the latest plugin version today and it works as expected. We have got a good number of people using the plugin and regular download and sorry others do not have this issue. We do see conflicts from time to time as the plugin is big but we have been able to solve most conflicts and working on solving it for a few popular themes that we have to work on which is ongoing at the moment.

There is no particular server config required for WPSP plugin to work but good to try it in your local environment first to see if the issue persists.

The current version of a plugin is not fully supported for WP MultiSite yet. Not that you have that but wanted to point out.

    Hey @jdsofttech!

I just created a sandbox, and everything worked just fine. I tried to recreate the issue. Somehow updating to WordPress 5.1.1 from an older version lets WPSchoolPress run into the error.
I reinstalled WordPress on the relevant server, and now the plugin works as it’s supposed to. ??

    Best Regards
