cant access or use plugin

    After installing plugin ir says I dont have permission to access plugin page. I am the admin. I tried some workarounds from other support posts bot I can’t find the entries on WP_options table.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. Do you know if this is the first time that the plugin was installed on your website or not? Also, is this an install on a single site or a multisite network?

    Would you please be able to share a screenshot of the notification that you are getting?
