Can't access my wp admin

  • I’m not new to WordPress. Just the hosted one. I also have multiple blogs & have taught myself a bit of html & css (very basic). I’m also a graphic designer, so not a newbie to this stuff. I have hosting thru Host Clear. They have the one step install. Did that. Even accessed my cpanel & uploaded my theme I got from another site. But for some reason, this is what I get when I try to access my wp admin. I’m lost now b/c I can’t activate my theme to start my blog (transferring a blog from .com). Please help.

    Yes. I talked to someone at Host Clear & my domain is not active. & this guy spent an hr trying to get it activated. So he had to put in a tkt. The company is going to fix it. Thank you.
